Refund policy

  • Email us to request a return for jewelry, loose diamonds, and engagement and wedding rings. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization and reason for return.
  • Items can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery for the same design in a different color or size, provided the price remains the same.
  • Loose diamond purchased can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to the purchaser's original method of payment. Each diamond must arrive in its original condition, with its original purchase receipt and Diamond Certificate, and must not have been previously set. Each customer is permitted one loose diamond return, and the second loose diamond purchased is considered final sale
  • You can return fine jewelry, engagement rings, or wedding bands for a refund to the purchaser’s original method of payment or a gift card within 30 days of delivery. In order to be eligible for a refund, your purchase must come back to us in its original condition and packaging, accompanied by all original documentation. Misused jewelry or jewelry altered by a third-party jeweler is not eligible for return. Engraved items are eligible for return, but the engraving fee is non-refundable.

Free Lifetime Diamond Upgrades

If you purchase a diamond jewelry from us, the stone may be upgraded to a diamond of at least twice the value of the original. You'll receive a full credit of the cost of your original diamond minus a restocking fee to be applied toward the higher-value diamond. Our upgrade policy only applies to undamaged and natural diamonds that are also approved for upgrade by us and accompanied by the original diamond grading report. Upgrades are not available for colored gemstones, gift articles or other items.
